Frequently Asked Questions

Is Tickmeek really free?

Yes! Tickmeek is free to use with core features including tasks, reminders, calendar views, subtasks, and the Pomodoro timer. Premium unlocks unlimited lists, categories, themes, cloud backup, statistics, and more — all for a one-time payment. No subscriptions ever.

Does Tickmeek work without internet?

Absolutely. Tickmeek is built offline-first. All your tasks, lists, and data are stored locally on your device. You don't need an internet connection to create, edit, or complete tasks. The only feature that requires internet is cloud backup for premium users.

How do I restore my data on a new device?

Premium users can use cloud backup to transfer data between devices. Simply sign in with the same Google or Apple account on your new device and restore from your latest backup. Make sure to create a backup on your old device before switching.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

After the trial, you can continue using Tickmeek for free with some limitations (up to 2 lists, 2 categories, no themes or stats). All your existing tasks and data remain intact. You can upgrade to premium anytime with a one-time purchase.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Since Tickmeek uses a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there's nothing to cancel. For refund requests, please contact the app store where you made the purchase (Google Play or Apple App Store) as they handle all payment processing.

Is my data safe and private?

Your data is stored locally on your device and never leaves it unless you explicitly use cloud backup. We don't run ads, don't track your behavior, and don't sell any data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I use Tickmeek on multiple devices?

Yes! Premium users can install Tickmeek on multiple devices and use cloud backup to keep data in sync. Sign in with the same account and restore your backup on each device.

The app isn't sending me notifications. What should I do?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Tickmeek in your device settings. On Android, also check that battery optimization isn't restricting the app. Some manufacturers (Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung) have aggressive battery saving that can block notifications — search your device name + "notification fix" for specific steps.
